At AlphaShaver, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact support@alphashaver.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your product back.
Returned items should include the original product, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible. For hygiene reasons, sealed replacement blades, shaving heads, or similar personal-care accessories may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once opened, where permitted by applicable law.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.
For eligible EU online purchases, customers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions. EU consumers also benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods; our 30-day return policy does not limit those statutory rights.
